Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park Joint Stock Company was officially established in June 2007 from a division under the Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park project of Tan Thuan Industrial Development Company Limited (IPC), and it was know as Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park Investor with a total area of 1,686 ha in the strategic area of priority for port industrial development of Ho Chi Minh City.
