Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park Kindergarten was inaugurated and put into operation in September 2012 to serve the childcare needs of workers working in Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park, with a capacity of about 150 children. This is the first public kindergarten, spacious, meeting standards for children of workers in the City's Export Processing Zone - Industrial Park and is a public kindergarten belonging to the second facility of Dong Xanh Kindergarten.
On October 3, 2010, the Ho Chi Minh City Union of Trading Cooperatives (Saigon Co.op) officially opened the Co.op Food convenient safe food store in Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park. This is the first Co.op Food store located in an Industrial Park or Export Processing Zone to serve the needs of safe food and daily necessities for workers.

The workers' activity center also coordinates with schools, centers, infrastructure companies, and relevant agencies to organize and mobilize young workers to participate in short-term and long-term training courses; classes on information technology, foreign languages, and skills classes; sports clubs such as: bodybuilding, badminton, table tennis, volleyball, soccer, martial arts classes, dancing, home economics, yoga classes; organize A1 driving license exams, etc. to build and maintain healthy and beneficial cultural activities to serve workers in the Industrial Park.
On the morning of May 28, 2010, the Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park Workers Activity Center coordinated with Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park Joint Stock Company and Vong Cac Company to launch the Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park Sports Complex (located at Road No. 6, Area A, Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park).
This sports complex is built with artificial turf football fields, table tennis and tennis rooms, and a recreational fishing lake....
