1. Salary:

• The company builds a competitive and fair salary scale system based on the requirements of each job position, employee capacity and performance evaluation results.
• Holiday and year-end bonuses based on revenue from production and business activities.

2. Benefits:

• Comprehensive personal health insurance: In addition to enjoying the compulsory insurance regime according to current law, all employees of the Company after the probationary period are entitled to a comprehensive personal health insurance package.
