Power supply system

The power supply system is invested and managed by Vietnam Electricity Group EVN, stable power source from the national grid, ensuring continuous and stable power supply, prioritizing industrial production activities. The medium voltage power system is extended to the land boundary, meeting the needs of factory construction and low voltage supply for the project. Currently, Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park has 2 high voltage transformer stations 110 KV/22 KV, so with this investment system, it ensures 24/7 electricity to serve production and business.

Water supply system

The water supply system is invested by Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park with a network to each plot of land, ready to serve all factories.

• Clean water in Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park is supplied from Ho Chi Minh City Water Supply Company (Sawaco) and Nha Be Water Supply Joint Stock Company..
• Currently, the water capacity is capable of supplying the entire system up to 40,000 - 45,000 m3/day and night.
• Water quality: according to Vietnamese standards according to the Ministry of Health (QCVN 01:2009/BYT)

Centralized wastewater treatment system

The Centralized Wastewater Treatment System receives and treats the output wastewater of all factories from production facilities operating in Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park to meet the prescribed standards.

The system includes 04 Modules, capable of:

• Receive and treat wastewater up to 12,000 m3/day and night.
• The quality of wastewater after treatment is stable and meets column B, QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT
• National technical regulation on industrial wastewater.

Gas supply

Developing a network to supply industrial gas, a clean, environmentally friendly fuel source for businesses is a highlight that creates a distinct competitive advantage for Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park.

Here, the low pressure gas supply system from Vietnam Oil and Gas Low Pressure Gas Distribution Joint Stock Company (abbreviated as PVGAS D) has been put into operation since 2015 with the aim of supplying gas to customers in Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park, Nha Be District - Ho Chi Minh City, contributing to promoting local economic growth.

The entire pipeline system will be located in Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park to supply low-pressure gas to businesses consuming in the industrial park. The system originates from the waiting head at Hiep Phuoc gas distribution station, part of the Phu My - Ho Chi Minh gas pipeline project, managed and operated by the Gas Corporation - JSC. On the main and branch pipelines, waiting heads are installed to connect to future customers.

Telecommunications infrastructure

The telecommunications system is invested in cooperation by VNPT Ho Chi Minh City throughout the region, investors will be provided with the most modern telecommunications technology services, ensuring good service for investors' needs. The telephone number system according to the prefix of Ho Chi Minh City, with two transmission solutions for copper and fiber optic cables, ensures that customers' communications are always smooth.

Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park, together with VNPT and postal and telecommunications service companies, ensures to provide services according to investors' requirements.

• The patrol and fire protection team at Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park was established with a team of staff equipped with support equipment and high professional skills.
• Strict patrol, protection, 24/7 duty to ensure security and order, fire prevention in the Industrial Park.
• Regularly organize drills to raise awareness of fire prevention and fighting, to ensure life and property and to handle situations when real incidents occur.
